How to Remove and re add an Email Address
Removing an Email Address
1. On Outlook click on "File" and then "Account Settings".
2. Select the email address you want to remove and click "Remove", then click "Yes" when the following pop-up appears.
Adding a New Email Address
1. On Outlook click on "File" and then "Account Settings".
2. Click on "New", type in the email address you want to add and click "Connect"
3. Click on "Microsoft 365" and it should now be successfully re added*. You'll need to restart Outlook for the changes to be applied.
*If this is the first time adding this account it may ask you for the account's password first.
