I tried to open a file in Teams but I just get the message: “We’re still setting up your storage, wait a moment, then try again” why is this happening?
Although not very telling as to the actual root cause, this error appears in instances where you have clicked on a link to a file that resides in a tenancy separate to the one in which you are currently logged into. As such, the file cannot be accessed.
To resolve: login to the correct tenancy and try again.
