My mailbox is suddenly showing as ‘Disconnected’
This can happen for a number of different reasons. There a few quick steps you can try before logging a ticket;

Ensure any unsent emails are saved as drafts and close down the Outlook app completely.

Point your browser to https://www.office.com/ and log out of the A303 Stonehenge tenancy by clicking on your name at the top-right of the page and selecting Sign out from the drop-down:
- You will then need to sign in again, which should mean you get a prompt to input MFA information.
- Now open the Outlook desktop app, and your email should start to synchronize.
