Service Desk Portal Desktop Notifications
Within the Service Desk portal it is possible to receive notifications on the your desktop in the same way that you would for Outlook. By default these are not turned on. To turn on notifications please follow these simple instructions.
1) From the top menu on the home screen of your portal select the bell icon and you will see the screen as below
2) As illustrated above click on Enable and this will switch on the notifications
3) You can switch of sound for notifications here and also adjust the notifications you receive from the list
