01 Creating a Requisition Creating a Requisition Select ‘requisitions’ on the left of the page. This will present multiple categories for filtering the view of requisitions. For example, it may be useful to view previously completed requisitions like the one about to be created as something for reference. Clicking on ‘complete’ will filter the view to show requisitions that have been completed. These filtering options as shown in the screenshot ranging from ‘Awaiting candidate approval through to ‘complete’ follow the stages a requisition will follow from left to right. Select ‘create new requisition’ on the top right to begin the process. The first required field is the job role required for the requisition. This is a dropdown presenting all available roles. Should the role need to be edited or a new role created please refer to the guide on how to setup Job roles. Select the Job approver also presented as a dropdown. This selection will define the person who can grant commercial approval. Make the applicable selections form the dropdown options on the work breakdown structures level 8 and 9. Selecting the start and end dates will present a mini calendar for date selection. Use the arrows to navigate to separate times. Clicking the date needed will enter the date for this field. Note that a warning message will be presented should a date in the past or within the next two weeks. This is to remind you that it is not possible to onboard operatives in the past and that two weeks may not be long enough for the requisition to have reached the complete stage before the start date. Entering the people required will increase the number of operatives needed for this requisition for the selected job role. For example. If the details for a carpenter have been entered here and 3 carpenters with the same level of skill and experience are needed, select 3 here. An estimate of the cost will show to the right and this will increase and decrease as the number of operatives is toggled up and down and start/end dates moved. The additional comments box is open for any additional information that may be useful to add to the requisition. Finally, the option to add to a requisition or submit it as a single requisition is presented. Selecting ‘add to a requisition’ will show as screenshotted here. The operative(s) just entered will appear for reference at the top and the form to add the details of another role to this requisition will appear below. Please note that the submit button to the bottom left of this summary pane will now submit the requisition once selected. The button for adding to the requisition will remain at the bottom of the page for each entry. Making the selection to ‘submit single requisition’ will not present the option to add other roles to the requisition and will complete the process once selected. Complete
