Hi Bill,
Just following on from a comment you made earlier about chat notifications. If you login to freshchat and then click on the notifications icon in the top right you will see a settings cog. Under notifications if you click on the link
to enable desktop notifications then it is easier to see incoming chats.
Out of interest do you two use the mobile app for Freshchat as well on your phones?
