December 2022 Update
Allocation Sheets December Update
In this update, the allocations sheet approver view has changed appearance.
For each day the total allocated hours are shown on the left and the total access control hours are shown on the right. The shift type (Day/Night) is shown at the bottom below these two totals. In the example above the operative has been allocated 11.5 hours but the N/A indicates there were no swipes.
Anything shown in red would indicate a discrepancy between the total allocated hours and the hours attained from the swipes marking this for the approver’s attention. It is important to note that there is 0.5 hrs provision for breaks. In the example shown above the access hours for the swipes are shown in red as none of these exceed the total allocated hours + 0.5.
Like before, when a given operative's, day is selected a daily summary is shown on the screen. Here information such as hours, shift type, and total access control hours can be reviewed alongside a column to show validations to the right. Any comments provided by the approver are shown just below the daily summary.
In the area where justification is entered, there is a toggle for approval (Blue for approved and Grey for not approved).
The familiar submit day approval, cancel and ‘apply to entire week’ are present on the lower portion of this page as well s the bonus value information.
New to this update are the Biotite access events at the bottom of the page. Under this area, the operative’s Biosite swipe information can be reviewed. The green arrow represents an inward swipe at a site entrance gate. Red arrows indicate an outward swipe at an exit gate of the site and the back squares are to show swipes within the site.
The total access control hours mentioned above are attained from the information here. This is the total time between inward and outward swiped on a given day.
