Ishango Login for Viewing Tickets
Ishango Helpdesk Invitation Emails and Setup
- Upon emailing support@ishango.co.uk the 2 emails will be sent back to the sender. The first is as below where acknowledgment that this has been logged as a ticket on our service desk. A link to this ticket is provided within these emails. This will happen for any tickets logged with us via email. Note that updates and responses from our end will come through as emails in attrition to be shown on the body of the ticket.
- The second email is specifically for the first ticket logged with Ishango. In this email, a link to create an account will be provided to activate the account on our service desk (updates on our tickets still come in via email even if this is not completed). Select this link to create a login to view our service desk.
- Once selected the below will be opened on a browser tab. Two options are available here.
- Option 1: Activate with Single Sign On will link this to the Microsoft 365 account for SSO login to the system.
- Option 2: Standard Login where confirmation of First and last name as well as a password is needed.
- Select ‘Activate your account’ to set up a login.
- Note if option 2 is selected, the password setup here does not change when you update your office 365 password (SSO would do this)
- If the password is forgotten upon future login the option for ‘forgot my password will send a password reset email (Check the Junk folder for this)
- Once set up and logged in you will be presented with the options to browse our help articles for solutions, Log new tickets, and view and update any tickets already open with is under ‘open tickets at the bottom of the page
